Warranty & Quality Assurance

  • Yes, all supplied goods are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary depending on the product type and supplier.
Chineti Group acts as an operational and quality control partner, ensuring that all warranty conditions are clearly defined and aligned before shipment.

  • We implement a multi-level quality control system across our warehouse network in China:
    -supplier verification and background checks
-approval of samples and technical specifications
    -in-process and pre-shipment inspections
    -photo and video reporting
    -quantity and completeness verification
    -packaging and labeling control
This approach significantly reduces the risk of defects before goods leave China.

  • If any issue is detected during inspection:
-the problem is documented in detail
    -the client is informed immediately
    -corrective actions are agreed upon
-we coordinate with the supplier for replacement, rework, or compensation
No shipment is released without client confirmation in such cases.

  • In the rare case that an issue is identified after delivery:
-we analyze the case based on inspection records and documentation
-initiate a claim with the supplier
-support the client in obtaining compensation, replacement, or technical resolution
Our prior inspection reports provide a strong basis for resolving disputes efficiently.

  • Warranty coverage depends on the product and manufacturer, but typically includes:

    -manufacturing defects

    -material inconsistencies

    -non-compliance with approved specifications

We ensure that warranty terms are clearly communicated and documented prior to shipment.

  • Warranty typically does not cover:

    -improper installation or usage

    -damage during handling after delivery

-deviations not approved during the sample stage

We provide guidance to minimize such risks before delivery.

  • Our strategy is focused on prevention rather than reaction:
    -working only with verified suppliers
    -validating samples before production
    -controlling production and shipment stages
    -ensuring full transparency through reports
This reduces the likelihood of post-delivery claims to a minimum.

  • Yes, we fully support our clients throughout the warranty process by:

    -managing communication with suppliers

    -providing documentation and evidence

    -negotiating compensation or replacement

    -coordinating technical clarifications if needed

  • Yes, we continue to support our clients even after the warranty has ended. While manufacturer warranty coverage no longer applies, we offer:

-assistance with identifying replacement parts and coordinating with suppliers

    -technical consultations and troubleshooting

-paid repair coordination or replacement at preferential rates

We leverage our long‑standing relationships with verified suppliers to help resolve post‑warranty issues efficiently and cost‑effectively.

  • Yes, we offer cargo insurance. It is not a mandatory service, but we strongly recommend it for all shipments, especially when dealing with high-value or damage‑sensitive goods.

  • The insurance policy is issued before the shipment is dispatched. Once the goods are consolidated, packed, and ready for shipment, we provide the insurance company with complete details: the value of the cargo, nature of the goods, transport route, and mode of transport. The insurance is arranged in the client’s name (optional).

  • A standard policy includes:
    -total loss of cargo
    -damage during transportation
    -theft, robbery
-accidents involving the means of transport

  • Typically, the insurance premium ranges from 0.1% to 0.3% of the cargo value, depending on the type of goods, the route, and the coverage selected. This is a minimal cost compared to the potential losses of leaving the cargo uninsured.
The insurance premium is covered by the client. We can include it in the commercial invoice or issue it separately — whichever is more convenient. Many companies choose to roll insurance into the overall logistics cost so the client doesn’t have to worry about the details.
With insurance in place, you can have complete peace of mind knowing your cargo is fully protected.

  • We structure the entire process to protect the client’s interests at every stage — from supplier selection and quality control to delivery and final handover of the goods.
