How Chineti Group Reduced Delivery Risks for Parking Systems

In this project, the client needed parking systems manufactured in China and delivered to a construction site without unnecessary risks during production, shipment and unloading. The main challenge was not only to find a supplier, but to make sure that the product matched the required specifications and could be delivered safely to the site.
Chineti Group started with supplier verification and communication with the factory. We checked the supplier’s production experience, discussed the required configuration, and coordinated the details related to dimensions, color, technical parameters and shipment timing. For this type of equipment, small misunderstandings at the production stage can later create serious problems during installation, so every key detail had to be clarified before shipment.
After production, the parking system components were inspected before loading. Our team reviewed the visible condition of the goods, packaging, quantity, and shipment readiness. The loading process was also monitored to reduce the risk of cargo movement inside the container during transportation.
The parking systems were later delivered to the construction site, where Chineti Group supported unloading coordination and cargo handover. This helped keep the final stage of delivery controlled and reduced the risk of delays or damage during handling.
